12月20日讯 近日，天津女排球员李盈莹在接受央视专访时，分享了她的职业生涯目标和未来展望。
Q：世俱杯上一场战胜米兰的比赛，是一场经典之战吧？
李盈莹：那场比赛的结果既出乎意料，又在情理之中。我们提前做好了充分准备，并分析了自身实力，相比对手，我们并不占优势。因此，我们希望通过这场比赛展示当前的技战术水平以及女排精神。面对对方强大的拦防体系，我个人也难以发挥，他们节奏很快，整体配合非常默契。
我们的最佳表现就是保持自己的节奏，对方打得迅速，而我们则稳扎稳打。我自己也是利用特点去应对他们。在第一场与埃及队交锋时，我们状态并不好，但昨天这一战是联赛以来最好的一次，可以说超越了预期，每位队员都全力以赴，希望年轻选手能快速成长。
Q：所以，有时候打一场高质量比赛，比十场普通赛事更有收获吗？
李盈莹：没错。这种级别的比赛对于心理素质考验极大，在面对强敌时，你需要勇于拼搏，这也是突破自我的一种心态磨练。
Q：This time the World Club Championship has gathered many top players from around the world.
我来到杭州后感到特别放松。今年我没有设定特别明确的目标，更重要的是享受打球过程、获得新的体验，从压力中短暂解脱，让自己能够尽情展现，因此这次我感到十分开心和轻松。今年成为天津女排的新队长让我体会到了不同角色间的重要区别，以前作为队员只需关注好自己，现在作为队长，要激励年轻成员冲刺，同时承担起更多责任。如果团队需要绿叶，我愿意为此奉献，一切都是为了球队取胜，如今我更加享受这种赢球带来的快乐。当一个优秀运动员相对容易，但做个好的领袖却不简单。这种角色转换，以及思维方式、现场观察能力等，都需要时间积累。
Q: 在巴黎奥运周期里你几乎每一场都参加，全勤作战回归天津又当上 captain, 如何调适疲劳?

Li Yingying :
My condition was unknown at that point regarding participating in future Olympics...I felt somewhat lost looking ahead .After taking some rest following Paris ,when I planned on relaxing away from volleyball thoughts crept back into mind urging me towards competition again.
The love for volleyball runs deep within me making it difficult even consider quitting but still unsure if physical state can hold up till next Olympic event ... As long I'm able stand out there I'll cherish every match played hoping each brings joy along journey because truthfully speaking my career seems close its end...
During initial phase we faced continuous losses which our squad hadn't encountered before impacting morale significantly including self-doubt creeping during tough times however having experienced similar struggles prior helped approach current situation better focusing firstly improving personal performance then gradually motivating others involved seeing teammates smile makes all worth while bringing happiness satisfaction leading role entails!
