1月14日讯，前多特和利物浦的功勋主帅克洛普正式上任红牛集团全球足球主管。在新闻发布会上，他分享了关于自己决定、工作内容以及面对球迷批评等方面的看法。
谈双方第一次接触
“七个月前，我离开了利物浦，因为我不再适合那支球队。不久后，我的经纪人马克-科西克找到了我，这个想法立刻吸引住了我。这是一个很好的机会，我觉得可以发挥作用，而且这个系统运作得很好。我不仅仅希望成为名片，更渴望有所作为。”
谈新的开始
“我是那种全心投入工作的教练。经过20年的职业生涯，我感到非常疲惫。一直以来我的付出都是100%，但现在意识到已经无法做到这一点，不再那么自在。红牛给了我重新开始的机会，而这正是我所期待做下去的事情。”

"在过去几天里，我学到了很多有关红牛及其理念的信息。我来到这里才八天，但已深切体会到能为此贡献力量的重要性。同时，我们需要将一切组织好。目前尚未踏足巴西、日本与美国，但未来一定会去，非常期待能够分享经验，提高整体足球水平。”
谈工作内容
"首先，希望把自己的经验传授给每个人。世界各地俱乐部都有不同情况，因此我的角色更像顾问，每个俱乐部有独自架构，团队中许多人对项目充满热情。我不会直接告诉别人该怎么做，而是倾听他们意见，并尽量解答疑问。如果回答不了，会进一步询问并提供帮助。此外，还需关注年轻人的发展。"
为何选择红牛集团？

" 在之前工作的俱乐部，总参与你发展的进程，无论走在哪里，都要建立一些东西。我始终关心基础建设，如今在会议上我是最年长的人，有丰富经历。有时候这是优势，有时候却让人烦恼。“
Talk about pressure.\ "I know there's pressure, but I really don't feel it right now. The focus is on headlines and short-term results. Of course I'm excited, but we'll take our time to see where we can make the biggest impact. Expectations are high as always, but I won't set any big goals at this moment."
Talk about criticism.\ "Last weekend in Leipzig, I watched the team play against Werder Bremen; fans want their team to win and they deserve that! When you meet those working for Red Bull, you sense their pride in being part of something special—so why not experience great football here? Like a doctor who treats everyone regardless of background—I aim to bring passion.”
< br /> Tackling life over the past few months:\ "The last seven months have felt good—it’s different just being Jurgen Klopp again without constant media attention. Previously around eighty percent was spent under scrutiny while only twenty could be quiet moments."
